We’ll debunk old myths and help you learn new ways to support your loved one, while maintaining your own mental health. Group to begin in late September. Do you have a child entering middle school next Fall? Or a middle-schooler struggling with emotional ups and downs, screen addiction, academic or social pressure or excessive anxiety? Join us for a supportive group experience in which you can discuss your parenting challenges and gain valuable insights and ideas for parenting effectively while maintaining your sanity.
